  • What does PTA stand for?

    PTA stands for Parent Teacher Association.

  • What is the PTA?

    The PTA is a national membership organization made up of parents, teachers, school administrators and community leaders devoted to child advocacy.

  • Why join the PTA?

    The PTA provides an option for parents to team up with other parents to make a difference in their child's school.

  • What do the dues I pay go towards

    Field Trips - PTA pays for field trips

    School Events - We host events such as literacy night, field day, winter holiday festival, special programming, book fair, and holiday events

    Fundraisers - The PTA raises money by partnering with local restaurants for spirit nights and organizing campus-wide fundraisers

    Teachers & Staff Support - We stock the Teacher's Lounge through the year, organize teacher and staff luncheons plus recognize and celebrate our amazing teachers during teacher appreciation week

  • How do I join?

    You can join electronically or by completing and returning the forms included in the PTA Packet. The PTA Package is sent home at the beginning of the year but is available in the front office year-round. You can join the PTA at any time during the year.

  • Can I still join, if I can't volunteer

    Yes! We understand that not all schedules allow for volunteering. You, being a member, still matters and is important to your student.

  • How do I stay connected and in the know?

    Attend monthly membership meetings:

    September 9th, October 7th, December 2nd, February 3rd, March 31st, and May 12th
